Prospecting and follow-up
Finding an opportunity is the start. Following up is the work.
CosmicSI organizes opportunities and tools so you can research, prepare a conversation and record what happens. The aim is to keep your work with each person and property moving.
Research before reaching out
Review the property, its history and available information. Check the current status and the contact rules that apply to your work before prospecting. Work under your brokerage’s supervision.
Prepare a useful conversation
Know what you have learned, what you need to ask and how you can help. Use NOX to prepare questions and practice. Listen to the person’s situation before proposing a next step.

Record the outcome, keep your notes and organize follow-up. An opportunity needs consistent work; the platform does not guarantee appointments, clients or closings. Data and tool access depend on your account.
