CosmicLeads ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of our subscribers. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

When you subscribe to or use CosmicLeads, we may collect the following information:

• Account information: your name and email address, collected at checkout
• Mobile phone number: collected only if you opt in to SMS notifications during signup. SMS consent is optional and is never required to subscribe to or use the Service.
• Payment information: billing details processed securely through Stripe. CosmicLeads does not store your full credit card number. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc., subject to their privacy policy.
• Usage information: when you access our website, we may collect standard web analytics data including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time on site
• Communications: if you contact us by email, we retain those communications to respond to your inquiry and improve our service

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To deliver your daily expired listing CSV via email
• To process and manage your subscription and payments
• To communicate with you about your subscription, including delivery confirmations, billing notices, and service updates
• To send SMS notifications to subscribers who have opted in (see Section 3)
• To respond to your questions and support requests
• To enforce our Terms of Service
• To improve our service and understand how subscribers use it

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

3. SMS Communications

CosmicLeads offers optional SMS text message notifications to subscribers who opt in during signup. SMS consent is never required to purchase or use the Service, and opting out of SMS at any time does not affect your subscription.

When you opt in to SMS notifications, we collect your mobile phone number solely for the purpose of sending service-related messages, including new lead alerts, account and billing notifications, service updates, and customer support communications. We also retain the date, time, and IP address of your opt-in as a compliance record.

We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number and consent information are stored securely and used only to deliver the SMS notifications you have subscribed to. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are not shared with third parties under any circumstance except as required to deliver the messages themselves through our SMS service provider.

4. Data We Deliver to You

The expired listing data delivered through the Service is compiled from MLS API feeds and publicly available records including county tax records. This data pertains to property owners and expired listings; it is not data about our subscribers. Subscribers are responsible for handling this data in compliance with all applicable laws, including TCPA, state privacy laws, and real estate regulations.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services in the operation of CosmicLeads:

• Stripe: payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy
• Netlify: website hosting. Netlify's privacy policy is available at netlify.com/privacy
• Email delivery services: we use email infrastructure to send your daily CSV deliveries
• Twilio: SMS message delivery for subscribers who have opted in to SMS notifications. Twilio's privacy policy is available at twilio.com/legal/privacy

These third parties have access to your information only to the extent necessary to perform their services and are obligated to protect it.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping and legal purposes. If you cancel your subscription and request deletion of your data, we will comply within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements
• Opt out of non-essential communications at any time by contacting us or using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by replying STOP to any SMS message

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Cookies

Our website may use standard cookies and analytics tools to understand traffic and improve the user experience. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes. You can disable cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to use our Service.

The Service is intended for licensed real estate professionals and is not directed at anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
