How fresh is the data?
Each delivery reflects expireds from the prior business day. You are not receiving recycled or aged data. These are fresh opportunities from yesterday's MLS activity.
What is Saturday delivery?
Saturday delivery is an add-on for $29.99/month. It gives you a Saturday morning delivery covering listings that expired on Friday and over the weekend. Almost no one else delivers on Saturdays — which means you're calling before the Monday rush hits.

How do I cancel?

Can I share my subscription with another agent?
No. Each subscription is an individual license tied to one agent. Sharing access or redistributing data to anyone outside your subscription is a breach of agreement and will result in immediate service suspension with no refund issued. Teams and brokerages requiring multi-agent access should contact us directly for a custom setup.
