  • To deliver your daily expired listing CSV via email
  • To process and manage your subscription and payments

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

3. Data We Deliver to You

The expired listing data delivered through the Service is compiled from MLS API feeds and publicly available records including county tax records. This data pertains to property owners and expired listings — it is not data about our subscribers. Subscribers are responsible for handling this data in compliance with all applicable laws, including TCPA, state privacy laws, and real estate regulations.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services in the operation of CosmicLeads:

  • Netlify — website hosting. Netlify's privacy policy is available at netlify.com/privacy
  • Email delivery services — we use email infrastructure to send your daily CSV deliveries

These third parties have access to your information only to the extent necessary to perform their services and are obligated to protect it.

We retain your account information for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping and legal purposes. If you cancel your subscription and request deletion of your data, we will comply within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
